* Responsible for interaction with customers for various service levels
* Recognize the failure of the systems and doing immediate solutions.
* Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and services of the technical equipments.
* Conduct technical training to team members.
* Resolves customers software and hardware related problems.
* Follow ups the customer for confirmation of solving their problems.
* Coordinating with other team members.
* Maintaining daily reports of the service.
* Keeping note of all day to day activities
* Maintain, analyze and update database regularly.
* Setup and operate machine tools.
* Understanding and coordination with customers.
* Making sure that all necessary spare items are available.
Salary: INR 1,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
